HR GENERALIST

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting business objectives and maintaining a positive employee experience. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee data, HR documentation, and administrative records accurately.

Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration. Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to employees and management. Coordinate performance review and employee development initiatives.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently. Support compliance with labor regulations and internal company standards. Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations based on HR data and trends.

Able to work independently while collaborating across departments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
