Posisi HPL Sales Supervisor menuntut keterlibatan penuh dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran, mengelola jaringan distributor, serta memperluas pangsa pasar bahan bangunan dan perabot rumah tangga khususnya produk HPL di Indonesia. Peran strategis ini mencakup pengelolaan tim penjualan lokal, koordinasi lintas departemen dengan bagian logistik, keuangan, maupun kantor pusat, serta pengawasan siklus kontrak penjualan secara menyeluruh demi memastikan pencapaian target bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve performance targets; Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and action plans for the Indonesian market based on Group strategy; Break down targets by individual salesperson and sales channel, and establish weekly tracking mechanisms; Analyze key indicators such as sales revenue, collection rate, and gross profit margin, and adjust sales strategies accordingly; Submit monthly/quarterly sales performance analysis reports; 2. Build and maintain the distributor network; Conduct research on building-material markets in key regions such as Java and Sumatra and identify qualified potential distributors; Lead distributor negotiations, contract signing, and qualification reviews; Establish distributor classification/management systems and sales incentive policies; Organize regular distributor training, product presentations, and annual meetings; Support distributors with end-market promotions and resolve channel conflicts and after-sales issues; 3. Develop and maintain key accounts; Identify target key accounts such as property developers, large-scale interior/renovation companies, furniture manufacturers, and automotive modification companies; Establish customer profiles and segmented follow-up plans; Lead key-account negotiations and long-term cooperation agreements; Conduct regular customer visits and maintain relationships while identifying potential customer needs; Coordinate internal resources to resolve order delivery, technical support, and after-sales issues; 4. Manage the full sales contract process; Draft and review sales contracts to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws/regulations and company policies; Track the entire contract execution process, including order placement, production coordination, logistics/transportation, and payment collection; Handle contract amendments, disputes, and claims while protecting the company's interests as much as possible; 5. Manage regional marketing and brand building in Indonesia; Develop annual marketing and promotional plans; Organize participation in Indonesian international building-material exhibitions, furniture exhibitions, and other industry events; Manage the production and placement of brand promotional materials, including product brochures, sample books, and outdoor advertising; Collect competitor information on pricing, products, and distribution channels; prepare competitor analysis reports and propose response strategies; 6. Manage the local sales team and improve team performance; Responsible for recruitment, work allocation, daily management, and performance evaluation of the sales team; Develop sales training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and business etiquette; Organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions and foster a positive team environment; 7. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth business operations; Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice issuance and payment collection to ensure receivables are collected on time; Coordinate with Logistics and Customs to optimize import/export processes and ensure timely delivery; Communicate with Product R&D teams regarding customer requirements and product improvement suggestions; Manage relationships with external logistics providers, customs brokers, and other business partners to establish long-term cooperation; 8. Coordinate with the Headquarters and complete management tasks; Submit sales reports and data to headquarters as required; Support headquarters with internal audits, sales-system implementation, and data migration; Implement sales policies and instructions issued by headquarters and provide timely feedback on market changes and business issues.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or above; At least 5 years of B2B sales experience , including at least 3 years of sales experience in Indonesia’s HPL, building materials/home furnishing industry; Experience selling fire-retardant boards, decorative films, HVAC systems, or having an established distributor network is preferred; Fluent in English should for written reports and communication with headquarters; Basic Chinese communication skills are an advantage; Familiar with Indonesia’s building-material market landscape, consumer behavior, and industry regulations; able to accurately identify market trends and competitor developments; Experienced in distributor development, cultivation, and full life-cycle management, with the ability to establish regional sales networks; Familiar with Indonesian business practices and contract terms; able to independently lead key-account negotiations and manage business risks; Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis functions, and PowerPoint for sales reports; CRM experience is preferred.
