Svarna Living is a hospitality provider based in Seminyak, Bali, dedicated to maintaining high standards of comfort and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the property, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and performing deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You will also act as a point of contact for guest requests, ensuring that all needs are met with professionalism while collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Tanggung jawab: Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation; Changing bed linens, towels and other textiles according to established schedules and guest requests; Restocking guest amenities, including toiletries, towels and other supplies in a timely and efficient manner; Inspecting rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and reporting these to management promptly; Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and polishing all surfaces and furnishings to maintain pristine conditions; Disposing of waste appropriately and maintaining organised storage areas for cleaning supplies; Responding to guest requests for additional cleaning services or special requirements with professionalism and courtesy; Collaborating with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations; Following all health, safety and environmental guidelines; Contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
