About the role 7AM 7PM Group is seeking a welcoming and professional Host/Hostess to join our Front Office & Guest Services team in where the placement will be in some areas which is Denpasar, Gianyar and Canggu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities Greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanour and provide excellent customer service upon arrival Manage the reservations system, including booking confirmations, check-ins and check-outs

Seat guests promptly and ensure their dining or service experience begins smoothly Answer guest enquiries regarding facilities, amenities, and services Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally

Maintain a clean, organized and inviting reception or entrance
