KOL Channel Development Specialist

Role Overview This is a role centered on channel development, business communication, and relationship management. Candidates do not need prior experience in finance or the KOL industry, but must have a strong sales mindset, proactive outreach instincts, and excellent communication and diplomatic skills. Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop KOLs, content creators, community leaders, and potential partnership channels in the local or target market, continuously expanding the pool of effective resources. Own the full development cycle — from first contact and needs assessment to partnership proposals, commercial negotiation, and signed deals. Understand each KOL's commercial value, audience profile, and partnership objectives, and design compelling, executable collaboration plans.

Maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and build a stable, trusted partner network — not just one-off buys or placements. Drive the local execution of global campaigns, and provide timely feedback on market trends, KOL needs, competitor activity, and partnership risks. Manage your own channel pipeline, development progress, partnership records, and review data, continuously improving outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.

Requirements Experience in channel development, business development, sales, client relations, recruiting, media buying, or partnership development is preferred. Clear sales mindset and goal orientation; comfortable with cold outreach and able to follow up persistently to close deals.

Strong communicator with the ability to listen, assess, and negotiate; diplomatic enough to build trust across differing interests. Finance or KOL industry experience is not required, but you must be a fast learner able to quickly grasp the business, products, and partnership frameworks. Familiarity with the local social media ecosystem and creator community, or an existing relevant network, is a plus.
