Hostess & Studio Operations Assistant

Hype Hunters Production Studio is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized team member to join our studio operations team. This position combines client hospitality, studio administration, and media management. No previous experience is required — we are ready to train the right person. • Welcome clients and guests at the studio • Guide clients through the studio and shooting areas • Prepare drinking water, coffee, and basic hospitality support • Maintain general tidiness and organization of client areas during the day • Assist with studio preparation before and after shoots • Upload and organize media files on the studio NAS server • Log and sort footage for editing and post-production teams • Process client payments and issue receipts when required • Communicate with clients before, during, and after shoots • Assist the production team with daily operational tasks

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia • Basic conversational English • Friendly, professional, and client-oriented attitude • Comfortable working with computers and file management • Strong attention to detail and organization • Able to work independently and take initiative • Willing to learn new skills and studio workflows • Full training provided • Friendly international team • Modern production studio environment • Opportunity to learn video production and content creation workflows • Career growth opportunities within the company
