Bokashi Pererenan is a hospitality establishment focused on providing a high-quality dining experience. The Hostess plays a vital role as the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. The core responsibilities include managing reservations, handling customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and ensuring that the dining environment remains clean, organized, and comfortable. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and pleasant experience throughout their visit.
Tanggung jawab: Welcoming guests; Reservation management; Communication with customers; Phone etiquette; Providing excellent customer service; Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Kualifikasi: Experience min 1-2 years in the same position; Prior experience in Restaurant; Good communication skills; Presentable, good personality, positive attitude and hard work; Able to multitask and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; Able to stand, walk and move including bending and lifting for extended periods throughout the shift; Willing to work late night shift on weekends and public holidays; Fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
