PT Biko Indonesia is a hospitality company seeking a professional Host/Greeter for their location in Gading Serpong in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role is the face of the establishment, responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for all guests. The Host/Greeter manages the host stand, handles reservations, and coordinates with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. The primary goal is to provide a warm welcome that sets the tone for the dining experience and maintains the high standards expected by guests.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting all guests with a warm, professional and genuine welcome upon arrival; Managing the host stand, including seating guests in accordance with restaurant capacity and table availability; Maintaining and updating the reservation book or digital booking system accurately; Coordinating with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
