Kualifikasi

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tanggung Jawab

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding the hostel, local attractions, transportation, tours, and activities
• Promote and encourage participation in hostel events, tours, and social activities
• Organize and host daily and evening events to create a fun and inclusive community atmosphere
• Build positive relationships with guests and ensure they have an enjoyable stay
• Monitor common areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment
• Support the Front Office and Operations teams with daily administrative and operational tasks as required
• Communicate guest feedback and report maintenance or operational issues to the appropriate departments
• Promote hostel services, food and beverage offerings, and partner activities to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and hostel standards
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide outstanding guest service
