RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Heavy Equipment Manager pada perusahaan konstruksi di Bogor. Perusahaan secara ketat mengikuti hukum perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia dan menyediakan layanan rekrutmen profesional sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merencanakan dan mengawasi operasional workshop, pemeliharaan alat berat, ketersediaan suku cadang, serta manajemen anggaran departemen. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi erat dengan Project Manager, bagian pengadaan, dan HR untuk memastikan kesiapan alat proyek, kepatuhan terhadap standar ISO serta K3, serta pengembangan kompetensi operator.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and supervise workshop operations, including heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, and equipment readiness for project deployment; Manage equipment inspections, calibration, preventive maintenance, and spare parts availability to minimize equipment downtime; Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure equipment and parts are available according to project requirements and schedules; Prepare and manage the Plant Yard & Workshop department budget and plan workshop development based on company needs; Coordinate with suppliers and the Procurement Manager to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials; Coordinate with HR to ensure operator certifications, employee discipline, competency development, and training requirements are properly managed; Establish departmental quality objectives, monitor performance, and analyze results to support continuous improvement; Ensure workshop and plant yard activities comply with company procedures, ISO standards, environmental requirements, and occupational health and safety regulations; Other responsibilities as needed; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Business English proficiency to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Procurement Manager, with experience in heavy equipment and spare parts procurement, workshop operations, and maintenance in the construction industry; Experience in heavy equipment planning and management, with knowledge of ISO 37001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2015, and SMK3L requirements; Strong leadership, communication, coordination, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
