Opal Beauty Studio di Batu Bolong berada di bawah manajemen baru yang mengutamakan standar profesionalisme dan presisi tinggi dalam bidang kecantikan. Perusahaan menawarkan jalur pengembangan karier terstruktur bagi teknisi kuku senior berbakat untuk berkembang menjadi Head Technician yang memimpin operasional teknis layanan studio. Dalam posisi kepemimpinan ini, Anda bertanggung jawab memastikan kualitas layanan pengerjaan kuku, menjaga standar kebersihan dan sterilisasi alat, serta membimbing staf teknisi lainnya agar senantiasa memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi para pelanggan studio.
Tanggung jawab: Masterful Nail Artistry: Execute a wide range of advanced nail art techniques tailored to client requests; Flawless Nail Prep: Perform immaculate natural nail prep, shaping, cuticle work and clean gel/polish extensions or overlays; Active Upselling: Recommend premium add-ons and guide clients toward retail products to maintain nail health at home; Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict sanitation standards for all nail tools, massage linens and workstations; Supervising and supporting junior technical team members to maintain high service standards.
Kualifikasi: Certified Nail Technician: Proof of qualification in manicures/pedicures with a portfolio of recent work and able to work with BIAB; Sales & Upselling Confidence: Proven ability or strong desire to meet sales targets, pitch add-ons naturally and recommend retail products with a consultive approach; Customer Service: Must be able to confidently speak English. Strong communication skills with a warm, welcoming and professional demeanour; Previous team leadership experience or supervisory experience is required for leadership track.
Benefit: Base salary: 6,000,000 IDR; Commission: 5% commission on services and 10% commission on retail sales; Expected take-home: 9,000,000+ IDR per month (Base + commission average); Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift Structure: 5 days per week on a rotating roster basis.
