Posisi Interior Designer bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan solusi desain interior yang inovatif, fungsional, dan estetis sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien serta standar industri arsitektur. Peran ini menuntut kreativitas tinggi yang dikombinasikan dengan keahlian teknis dalam menerjemahkan konsep visual ke dalam rencana kerja yang terperinci. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pembuatan dokumen desain lengkap berupa denah, gambar kerja, dan spesifikasi teknis untuk panduan implementasi proyek. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim lintas fungsi seperti arsitek, manajer proyek, serta tenaga ahli lainnya, memantau kemajuan pekerjaan, serta memastikan proyek diselesaikan tepat waktu dan sesuai anggaran.
Tanggung jawab: Produce detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the implementation of interior design projects; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and tradespeople, to ensure the successful delivery of interior design projects; Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi: At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within the design and architecture industry; Demonstrated expertise in creating innovative and functional interior design solutions; Strong technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modelling software; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs; A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
