PT Chontea Teh dan Kopi di Badung membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga profesional kreatif untuk bergabung dalam posisi Creative Design/Graphic Design Part-time. Perusahaan bergerak di industri gaya hidup dan F&B, menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif serta inspiratif dengan fokus pada pengembangan brand teh gaya hidup. Posisi ini bertugas untuk menjaga identitas merek dan arah visual Chontea sesuai dengan Brand Guideline perusahaan. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi pembuatan dan pengawasan konten kreatif melalui tim konten, pengelolaan penceritaan merek (brand storytelling) agar konsisten di berbagai sentuhan, serta bekerja sama dengan mitra pihak ketiga seperti seniman dan desainer. Peran ini juga menuntut kemampuan membuat karya non-statis seperti seni 3D dan motion graphics untuk kebutuhan media sosial serta berkolaborasi dengan departemen operasional, keuangan, dan penjualan.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain Chontea’s brand identity and visual direction following company's Brand Guideline; Create and oversee creative content through all our content & creative team (artwork, campaigns, social media, in-store visuals); Collaborate with Operational department, finance and sales teams; Manage brand storytelling and ensure consistency across touchpoints; Work and manage our third parties artists, designers, and creative partners; Requirements:; Strong background in branding, visual arts, or creative direction; Experience in luxury F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality branding is a plus; Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Passion for Japanese culture, art, and storytelling; Must able to create non static like 3D arts, motion graphics for social media usage; What We Offer:; Creative room to grow with the brand; A collaborative and inspiring work environment; Opportunity to shape a lifestyle tea brand; Regular R&D to Japan; Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: In person; Hanya pendaftar yang memenuhi kualifikasi di atas yang akan dipanggil untuk melakukan tes selanjutnya.
