The company is a retail business looking for a Head of Store Operations to oversee its branch network. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and driving sales performance across all store locations. The position involves managing the entire lifecycle of merchandise, from planning and procurement to stock management and distribution. The incumbent will also lead team productivity, coordinate with various vendors and stakeholders, and utilize data analysis to provide strategic recommendations for business improvement and revenue growth.
Tanggung jawab: Store Operations: Lead daily operations, sales performance, service standards, SOP implementation, and team productivity.; Merchandise & Inventory: Oversee merchandise planning, production, procurement, stock management, and distribution.; Branch Management: Supervise branch stores and Head Store to ensure consistent operational and sales performance.; Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders.; Reporting & Business Improvement: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Operations Management, or related fields; 1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations or related roles; Experience in inventory management, team supervision, and vendor coordination; Proficient in Accurate or similar inventory/accounting systems; Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
