Posisi Head of IT untuk industri manufaktur makanan/FMCG. Peran ini memimpin fungsi IT secara keseluruhan, memperkuat infrastruktur teknologi dan aplikasi perusahaan, serta mempercepat transformasi digital di seluruh operasional manufaktur dan bisnis. Membutuhkan kombinasi kepemimpinan strategis dan pemahaman teknis mendalam mengenai ERP, infrastruktur, data, keamanan siber, dan teknologi manufaktur.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the overall IT function.; Strengthen technology infrastructure and enterprise applications.; Accelerate digital transformation across manufacturing and business operations.; Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).; Strong experience in a senior IT leadership position such as Head of IT, IT General Manager, Senior IT Manager, or equivalent.; Preferably experienced in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Manufacturing, or other large-scale operational environments.; Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, MES, enterprise applications, and system integration.; Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud/on-premise environments, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.; Exposure to Industry 4.0, manufacturing automation, IoT, AGV, ASRS, or smart factory initiatives will be a strong advantage.; Good understanding of data management, Business Intelligence, analytics, and integration architecture.; Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, vendors, budgets, and technology transformation initiatives.; Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills..
