Head of Content E-Commerce (Indonesia TikTok Shop) Job Brief 岗位概述 We are hiring a full-cycle content e-commerce lead, equivalent to domestic TikTok Shop operations director, fully responsible for Indonesia social commerce business growth, algorithm operation, product scaling, content production team management & paid influencer BD. 招聘全链路内容电商操盘负责人，对标国内抖音电商一号位，全权负责印尼社交电商业务增长、平台算法运营、爆款跑品、内容摄制团队管理、付费达人 BD 全板块。 Core Responsibilities 核心工作职责 Platform Algorithm & Rule Operation Deeply study TikTok Shop Indonesia platform policies, traffic algorithm logic, rules and compliance limits; adjust operation tactics dynamically based on algorithm iteration to boost natural traffic & conversion. 吃透印尼 TikTok Shop 平台规则、流量推荐算法、权重机制与合规红线，跟随算法迭代动态调整运营打法，提升自然流量与商品转化。 Product Scaling & Merchandising Strategy Formulate full-set product testing & scaling rules for our brand goods; design trial launch, data screening, explosive amplification, stock matching & elimination SOP; drive stable GMV growth via data-driven product operation. 针对自有产品搭建完整跑品测爆体系，制定新品起量、数据筛选、爆款放大、库存匹配、滞销清退标准化跑品规则，靠数据化商品运营稳定拉升 GMV。 Content Team Scheduling & Management Arrange daily shooting, script writing, editing tasks for screenwriters & video editors; set content output KPIs, review short video/live content quality, optimize content conversion efficiency. 统筹编导、剪辑团队日常排期，分配脚本、拍摄、剪辑制作任务；制定内容产出指标，审核短视频、直播素材质量，持续优化内容带货转化。 Paid Influencer BD & KOL Operation Formulate monthly/quarterly paid creator cooperation plans, assign influencer BD tasks to team members; negotiate cooperation terms, track delivery data, optimize ROI of paid creator marketing in Indonesia market. 制定印尼付费达人月度 / 季度合作方案，分配达人商务拓展 BD 任务；对接洽谈达人合作、跟踪带货履约数据，提升付费达人投放 ROI。 Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead the full content e-commerce team (operation, content, creator BD); conduct regular 1-on-1, performance appraisal, skill training, build standardized team operation workflow. 统筹管理内容电商全团队（运营、内容摄制、达人商务），负责团队 1v1 沟通、绩效考核、能力带教，搭建标准化团队作业流程。 Business Data Review & Strategy Iteration Analyze daily traffic, conversion, product sales, creator delivery data; summarize operation problems, iterate product scaling, content & influencer strategies to hit revenue targets. 复盘每日流量、转化、单品销量、达人带货数据，梳理业务短板，迭代跑品、内容、达人投放整套策略，完成营收业绩目标。 Job Requirements 任职要求 Minimum 3 years end-to-end TikTok Shop content e-commerce operation experience (China mainland experience preferred), mature product scaling & algorithm operation methodology. 3 年及以上 TikTok Shop 内容电商全链路操盘经验，有国内抖音电商完整从业经历优先，具备成熟跑品、算法流量运营方法论。 In-depth understanding of Indonesia TikTok Shop rules, recommendation algorithm, local consumer habits and paid KOL market ecosystem. 精通印尼 TikTok Shop 平台规则、推荐算法、本土用户消费习惯、付费达人市场生态。 Proven experience managing screenwriter & editing teams, capable of arranging content production tasks and controlling content output quality. 有管理编导、剪辑内容团队实操经验，可独立统筹内容摄制排期、管控成片带货质量。 Rich Indonesia paid KOL BD resource, able to formulate creator cooperation plans and allocate BD execution tasks. 拥有印尼本地付费达人商务资源，可独立制定达人投放方案并拆解落地 BD 执行任务。 Strong team management ability, data-driven thinking, capable of setting complete product testing & scaling rules for physical goods. 优秀团队管理能力，强数据思维，可独立搭建实物商品标准化测爆跑品体系。 Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia communication ability is a big plus. 英文流利，会印尼语沟通优先。
