PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor hospitality dan saat ini mencari Head Maintenance yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dalam posisi kontrak. Peran ini berbasis di Jakarta Selatan dan memegang tanggung jawab kepemimpinan strategis atas seluruh operasional pemeliharaan dan manajemen infrastruktur fasilitas perusahaan. Sebagai Head Maintenance, Anda akan memastikan seluruh properti berada dalam kondisi prima untuk mendukung pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa. Anda akan memimpin tim pemeliharaan, menyusun program pemeliharaan preventif, serta mengelola anggaran dan vendor untuk menjaga standar operasional tertinggi di seluruh fasilitas.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair operations across building facilities; Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation; Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes; Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities; Conduct regular facility inspections and audits; Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors; Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies; Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation and asset inventories; Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and industry standards; Report to senior management on maintenance operations and facility conditions.
