Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dan memastikan akurasi serta ketepatan waktu laporan penutupan bulanan dan audit keuangan. Spesialis ini akan memperbarui template pelaporan, meninjau jurnal penutupan (seperti depresiasi dan akrual), serta mengelola proses audit dari awal hingga akhir. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup penyusunan laporan keuangan ad-hoc, analisis anggaran tahunan perusahaan, serta menyiapkan presentasi analisis untuk manajemen. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai standar pelaporan keuangan dan proses kontrol bisnis.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and financial audit reports, including updating reporting templates and database as required; Review journal entries related to closing such as accrue, depreciation, etc.; Prepare the financial audit reports, corporate income tax returns, and be responsible with the end-of-end audit process; Prepare timely ad-hoc financial reports and provide analysis for management and/or relevant stakeholders; Perform review and provide analysis over the annual budget of the companies and prepare the deck with thorough analysis to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Minimum 5 years experience at Public Accounting Firm; Good understanding in Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards; Good understanding in Business Process and Control over the Financial Reporting areas; Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
