Posisi Retail HCBP Officer di Makassar ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mendukung tim Human Capital melalui pengelolaan operasional HR yang berfokus pada karyawan di ranah ritel. Anda akan berperan sebagai mitra bisnis sejati yang mengawasi dan meninjau proses HR dari hulu ke hilir untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional serta mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dan keterlibatan karyawan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengelolaan siklus hidup karyawan secara lengkap yang meliputi rekrutmen, orientasi (onboarding), pengembangan, administrasi HR, hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan para pemimpin ritel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja secara tepat waktu, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan, memberikan konsultasi hubungan industrial, serta mengimplementasikan program-program HR secara konsisten.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the Jabodetabek; Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination; Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner; Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture; Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations; Provide consultation and support on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters; Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR program implementation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail industry; Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset; Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach; Willing to be placed in Makassar.
