Sunshine Academy Indonesia mencari pelatih paruh waktu (Part-Time) untuk bidang Gym dan Renang yang berdedikasi dalam mendukung perkembangan anak melalui aktivitas fisik dan olahraga. Peran ini melibatkan interaksi langsung dengan anak-anak, termasuk anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, dalam lingkungan yang aman dan menyenangkan. Pelatih bertanggung jawab untuk mengadaptasi aktivitas olahraga sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan individu setiap anak. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki sikap positif, disiplin, serta kemampuan kerja sama tim yang baik untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang suportif.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Sports Education / Physical Education; Swimming skills or experience are highly preferred; Basic knowledge or experience in gym, fitness, or other sports activities; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Willing to learn and grow in the field of special needs education; Interested in learning about the characteristics, needs, and appropriate approaches for children with special needs; Patient, communicative, responsible, and able to interact positively with children; Able to adapt sports activities according to each child's abilities and individual needs; Able to create a safe, enjoyable, and supportive learning environment; Good teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude; Previous experience teaching or coaching children is a plus.
