Mahatma Gandhi School is a leading international school committed to providing quality education in a multicultural environment. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Art Teacher who can inspire students to develop their artistic skills, creativity, and confidence. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply). Passionate about teaching children and nurturing creativity. Strong classroom management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to teach using various art techniques and media (drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, mixed media, etc.). Familiar with lesson planning and student assessment. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Experience teaching in an international school is an advantage.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art lessons in accordance with the school curriculum; Foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through various art media and techniques; Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment; Assess and monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback; Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments; Organize classroom displays, exhibitions, and student artwork; Participate in school events, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities related to art; Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents to support student development; Maintain classroom equipment and ensure proper use of art materials; Complete administrative duties related to teaching and student records.
Kualifikasi: Experience teaching Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula; Ability to organize art exhibitions and school performances; Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and highly organized; Able to integrate technology into classroom learning.
