Posisi ini adalah tenaga pengajar mata pelajaran Sains (Biologi, Kimia, dan/atau Fisika) untuk jenjang pendidikan Primary, Secondary, hingga High School. Perusahaan mencari pendidik yang mampu mengimplementasikan kurikulum internasional seperti Cambridge, IGCSE, atau IB. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, materi ajar, latihan, serta kegiatan praktikum yang menarik dan sistematis. Guru diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan gaya belajar siswa yang berbeda, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim akademik.
Tanggung jawab: Teach Science based on the International Curriculum; Prepare lessons, learning materials, exercises, practical activities, and assessments.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; Teaching/tutoring experience is preferred; Strong understanding of Science (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics) for Primary, Secondary, and/or High School levels; Familiar with International Curriculum, such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, or equivalent; Able to explain scientific concepts clearly, systematically, and in an engaging way, including through experiments and practical activities; Strong analytical thinking and scientific inquiry skills; Able to adapt teaching methods to different students' abilities and learning styles; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal; Patient, communicative, creative, disciplined, and student-oriented; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the academic team; Willing to work full-time and commit to the assigned teaching schedule.
