About the role Arpana Villas & Private Estate is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a full-time position based at our luxury villa and private estate resort. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest experiences the highest standard of hospitality. This role is pivotal in creating memorable stays and building lasting relationships with our guests, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence in the luxury hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction Process guest check-ins and check-outs, managing administrative procedures efficiently and accurately

Maintain detailed guest records and preferences to personalise future stays and interactions Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, maintenance and facilities to ensure seamless guest experiences Provide information and recommendations regarding local attractions, dining options and activities available in Bali

Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing appropriate resolutions Assist with bookings, amendments and special requests for accommodations and additional services Monitor guest comfort and proactively anticipate needs throughout their
