MANDARIN INTERPRETER

Key Responsibilities 1、Provide daily Chinese–Indonesian interpretation and translation support, including internal communication, client interactions, and meetings, ensuring accurate and efficient information delivery. 2、Assist in coordinating with local Indonesian clients and channel partners, including order communication, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution, to improve overall efficiency and execution quality.

3、Support the translation and preparation of business documents, contracts, reports, and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism. 4、Assist in tracking sales-related activities, such as order progress, inventory status, and customer feedback, and provide timely summaries and reporting support. 5、Participate in market visits, client meetings, and exhibitions, providing on-site interpretation and communication support.

6、Facilitate cross-functional coordination (e.g., product, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving. 7、Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Skills

1、Proficient in both Chinese and Indonesian (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use both as working languages; English proficiency is a plus. 2、Possess basic business understanding, with the ability to comprehend business logic rather than performing literal translation only. 3、Strong communication skills with clear thinking, capable of accurately conveying information and driving task execution across multiple stakeholders.

4、Responsible, proactive, and execution-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5、Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand company products (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs) and business operations. 6、Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with basic data handling skills.
