Job Summary Responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients and visitors, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily business activities to ensure smooth office operations and professional client service. Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultant calendars. Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate meeting arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and administrative documentation. Support consultants with administrative and operational tasks when required. Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requests and office needs.
Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement when necessary. Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organized and presentable. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or related field.
Fluent in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
