About the Role Suite Stay is a boutique short-term rental management company specializing in premium villas and apartments across Bali and Dubai. We are looking for a tech-savvy and authoritative Field Operations Agent to join our Canggu team. Unlike a standard runner role, this position focuses on quality control, staff management, and digital reporting . You will be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, using our technology stack to manage guest communications and ensure our support staff (housekeeping, maintenance, gardening) perform to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Staff Management & Quality Control Directly manage and review the performance of contracted support staff (housekeeping, pool maintenance, and gardening). Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections before guest arrival to ensure properties meet premium standards. Provide immediate feedback and training to ground staff if standards are not met. Liaise with external vendors to resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently. 2. Tech-Enabled Communication & Reporting Use our property management software and mobile apps to report property conditions, damages, and inventory levels in real-time. Handle on-the-ground guest communications via our digital platforms, ensuring rapid response times to guest inquiries or issues during your shift. Upload detailed photo/video evidence of property conditions for the Operations Manager. 3. Operations & Logistics Facilitate seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring digital locks and smart home features are functioning.
