General Manager Operations (Fintech P2P Lending) Location: West Jakarta Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and strategic General Manager Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end operational functions in a fast-growing P2P lending company. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily operations across key functions (loan processing, credit operations, collections, customer engagement, product, marketing and other departments). Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OJK regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with Risk and Tech teams to enhance operational workflows and system automation. Monitor key operational metrics (SLA, TAT, NPL, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop high-performing teams, including setting KPIs and performance evaluation.

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to support business expansion. Oversee vendor management and third-party partnerships related to operations. Requirements
