Branch Manager Freight Forwarder (Medan, Belawan)

Job Descriptions : Provide strategic direction and leadership to the branch team, setting clear goals and objectives Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or operations in the freight forwarding industry Having good relationship with shipping lines and agency in the Medan, Belawan area Thorough understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
