General Manager – Douze Boutique Hotel Location: Uluwatu, Bali Position: Full-time (On-site)

About Us Douze Boutique Hotel is a new boutique hotel in Uluwatu with five thoughtfully designed guest rooms. We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the daily operations and help create an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the hotel. Ensure outstanding guest service and high operational standards. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

Supervise the housekeeping team and coordinate the pool and garden maintenance staff. Optimize pricing, occupancy, and revenue.

Maintain excellent guest reviews and online reputation. Coordinate social media, marketing activities, and collaborations. Oversee maintenance, supplies, and the overall presentation of the property.
