Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee daily general affairs and administrative operations, including office supplies, documentation, company assets, travel arrangements, and office services. Supervise office facility management, including building maintenance, cleaning services, security, utilities, and workplace safety. Lead, train, and supervise General Affairs and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and external service providers. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Provide Mandarin-Indonesian translation and interpretation support for meetings, business communications, and company documents.
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, SOPs, and workplace procedures. Manage procurement activities and ensure proper inventory control of office supplies and company assets. Support HR and management teams with onboarding activities, employee administration, and company events.
Handle government-related administrative matters, permits, licenses, and external agency coordination when required. Prepare operational reports, budgets, and cost-control initiatives related to General Affairs functions. Resolve operational and administrative issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Chinese Literature, or related fields.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate professionally with Chinese stakeholders.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Office Management, or related functions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of office operations, facility management, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Familiar with Indonesian business regulations and administrative procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
- Experience in multinational companies or Chinese-invested companies will be an advantage.
