Job Description: Responsible in opening New Office or moving to New Location. untul the office ready to be occupied. Maintain Asset and its Label, in HO and every office. By visiting offices periodically (min once a yaer) to check branches condition physically and coordinating with branch OB and Branch Admin.
Maintain branches condition by collecting monthly Building condition report, and follow up to this report for repairing, servicing or other request. In relation with point a & b above, He also maintains a comprehensive of Branches documentation/information of asset, office layout, staff, opening/moving office history, etc Maintain document retention storage in HO and every Offices
Process purchasing-payment and maintain company car/repossessed unit, to cover tasks when PICs are absent or work overburden. He will learn in using Fintegrity System to support in procurement, payment and other administrative tasks. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in all majors Preferably have at 1 year experience in the same field. Have basic English skills.
Have basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point). Willing to travel to all branches. Willing to be placed in Pangeran Jayakarta (Central Jakarta).
