The Fund Finance Paralegal will support the legal team throughout the transaction lifecycle. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in legal documentation and transaction management within a financial context. Key responsibilities include assisting with the drafting, review, and negotiation of various documents such as non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, security documents, and financing materials. The paralegal will also be responsible for maintaining organized deal files and transaction records, including managing document management systems and monitoring security filings.
