Front Office Manager - La Santa Rosa, Balangan

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office or guest service operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Having experience in operating VHS Cloud is a must. Strong understanding of front office systems, reservations, and guest handling procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage. Well-groomed and positive attitude.
