Freight Forwarding Sales Staff, Surabaya

Visit customers independently to support their current business needs. Take the lead in discussions with client and AFF/OFF members with regards to service recovery, first level of escalations, etc. Need to physically front clients and support existing key accounts on the maintenance and business development.

Need to take the lead on the escalations and business implementations of the allocated existing clients and organize the needed meetings internally with corresponding business units. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree

Having 1 years’ experience of working in a forwarding industry as a salesperson Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, eager to learn new things

Good at both spoken and written English IT savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office Driving license (SIM A)
