JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all activities that cover commercial performance for Sales Specialist of Reefer, Project and Outport Sales (and sub-agent). Responsible for the performance and development Multimodal supporting Indonesia business
Coordinate with related branches to ensure weekly trade barge are achieve DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage communication with related parties and customers on day-to-day commercial matters.
Oversee day-to-day and assist team for achieving the objectives for reefer, project, multimodal and outport. Visit and maintain existing customers and bring in new customer/business that cover the area of responsibilities from Global Account, IFF & SME Support sales team to solve the problems, take lead in communication with related department in Jakarta, ARO, HO.
Engage with all trade ARO & HO for the Reefer, Project line pricing Identify the market movement on the reefer, project cargo business Develop and manage sales pipeline for reefer/project/intermodal and outports
Closely monitor and follow market development/movement in outports, and recommend the sub-agent based on the performance Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and input to product/pricing strategy. Build the intermodal strategy (haulage, rail, barge) deployment to support business growth
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years working experience in shipping/forwarding industry, with minimum 5-year experience in managerial level.
- Bachelor’s degree University Preferably in Logistics/Transportation, Economics/Business, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with qualified sales achievement
- Professional Skills:
- English fluency
- Good in reporting and analysis
- Good presentation
- Has broadened customer network coverage
- Awareness of worldwide economy and freight market
- Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry
- Personal Qualities:
