Food Developer & Technologist Manager

Job Descriptions : Lead end-to-end food product development from concept, formulation, testing, validation, and commercialization. Drive innovation initiatives aligned with consumer trends and business growth objectives.

Develop and improve recipes to enhance taste, quality, consistency, and profitability. Conduct ingredient research and identify alternative materials to improve product performance and value. Lead product risk assessment and mitigation initiatives throughout the development process.

Work with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product launches. Coordinate development of packaging and supporting materials to ensure quality compliance and operational effectiveness. Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Food Innovation. Experience within QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Food Manufacturing, FMCG Food Industry, Restaurant Chains

Expertis in Shelf-life testing and validation, Food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, BPOM). Cost optimization and value engineering Strong analytical and project management skills
