Food Agregator & Partnership Manager

Manage food aggregator platforms (GoFood, ShopeeFood, GrabFood, TikTok Go, and other partnership channels). Develop and execute promotional, cost-sharing, and visibility initiatives to drive sales growth. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with aggregators, banks, digital payment providers, voucher partners, and other business partners.

Negotiate commercial agreements and funding to maximize business performance and profitability. Monitor sales, traffic, funding, margin, and ROI, and provide performance improvement recommendations. Coordinate campaign execution with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Media teams.

Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to support business growth. Prepare regular performance reports and drive continuous improvement across partnership channels. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Aggregator, E-commerce, Partnership, Commercial, Key Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Strong experience in managing food aggregator platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, TikTok Go, or similar online delivery platforms. Proven track record in commercial negotiation, partnership management, and driving sales growth.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, funding, margin, and ROI data to develop actionable business strategies. Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns, cost-sharing initiatives, and platform visibility programs. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Media teams.
