About the Job As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You’ll manage front desk operations, handle meeting room bookings, and assist in administrative tasks to support the daily office workflow.
What you’ll do: Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

What we're looking for: Minimum high School graduate (SMA/SMK) in administration, customer service, or a related field.
A people person, customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills Warm and welcoming personality that can create a great first impression. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
