PT. Berani Merintis Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Utara. Kami mencari Fleet Supervisor yang berpengalaman untuk mengawasi operasional armada kendaraan harian perusahaan. Sebagai Fleet Supervisor, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan efisiensi, keselamatan, dan kepatuhan seluruh operasional armada. Anda akan mengelola tim pengemudi dan staf pemeliharaan, serta berperan integral dalam mendukung operasional logistik agar dapat memberikan layanan yang andal kepada klien.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily fleet operations and monitor vehicle utilisation to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Supervise and manage fleet drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols; Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with mechanics and external service providers to minimise downtime; Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, driver logs and vehicle inspections; Implement and enforce compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards and company policies across the fleet; Investigate and resolve vehicle-related incidents, accidents and complaints in a timely manner; Monitor vehicle performance data and identify opportunities for improving fuel efficiency and reducing operational costs; Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions for drivers and support staff; Prepare regular reports on fleet performance metrics for senior management; Liaise with clients and coordinate logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.
