Lippo Malls Head Office membuka kesempatan bagi profesional keuangan untuk menempati posisi Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola laporan keuangan, penyusunan anggaran, pengelolaan arus kas, serta mendukung kelancaran operasi keuangan perusahaan agar pelaporan dapat berjalan secara akurat dan tepat waktu. Secara rinci, tugas posisi ini meliputi penyusunan berbagai laporan keuangan termasuk anggaran, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan kinerja, serta mengelola dan menganalisis arus kas serta anggaran. Anda juga akan membantu kepala departemen dalam meninjau masalah keuangan dan akuntansi, memantau rasio penagihan serta umur piutang dan utang (AR/AP), serta berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan tim terkait seluruh aktivitas keuangan dan akuntansi.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles; Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis; Experience in monitoring AR/AP and managing collection ratios; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software or ERP systems; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
