Posisi Medical Manager - Clinic & Healthcare Operations hadir untuk memimpin standar klinis, mengevaluasi performa tenaga medis, serta memastikan keunggulan operasional secara keseluruhan di fasilitas kesehatan. Peran eksekutif ini sangat penting dalam menjaga kualitas pelayanan medis dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi kesehatan yang berlaku. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup koordinasi dan evaluasi kinerja staf medis, keperawatan, dan farmasi, serta memimpin program peningkatan kualitas klinis secara berkesinambungan. Selain itu, Medical Manager bekerja sama dengan tim operasional untuk merancang alur kerja medis yang efektif, memastikan kepatuhan hukum, serta mempersiapkan fasilitas klinik dalam menghadapi proses akreditasi layanan kesehatan.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and evaluate the performance of medical staff, nursing staff, pharmacy teams, and healthcare personnel; Ensure medical quality standards are met and lead continuous clinical quality improvement programs; Collaborate with operational teams to design effective medical workflows and procedures; Ensure all clinical activities comply with relevant health regulations and legal standards; Prepare clinic facilities to undergo and maintain healthcare accreditation processes; Requirements:; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medicine / Medical Doctor (S1/S2 Kedokteran); Minimum 3 years of clinical management or healthcare operational experience; Strong understanding of Integrative Medicine concepts; Exceptional attention to detail, extroverted personality, and strong leadership skills.
