Sebuah perusahaan properti terkemuka asal Jepang di Jakarta sedang membuka kesempatan berkarier untuk posisi Finance Manager. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang industri properti dengan standar operasional profesional dan berkomitmen untuk menjaga kontrol internal serta transparansi keuangan yang ketat sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku serta arahan dari kantor pusat. Posisi Finance Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola seluruh kegiatan akuntansi perusahaan, termasuk pembayaran, penerimaan, rekonsiliasi bank, penagihan penyewa (tenant billing), penagihan piutang, serta penanganan pembayaran tertunggak. Peran ini juga mencakup pemeliharaan prosedur akuntansi, sistem, dan kontrol internal, pengelolaan masalah perpajakan, penelaahan laporan manajemen dan laporan keuangan bulanan, penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasian, serta memimpin dan mengawasi tim akuntansi dan keuangan dalam hal supervisi kerja, pelatihan, dan penetapan standar kerja yang tepat.
Tanggung jawab: Manage accounting activities, including payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, tenant billing, collections, and outstanding payments; Maintain accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls in accordance with company regulations; Manage taxation matters and coordinate with tax officers and external auditors; Review management accounts, monthly financial reports, budgets, and related financial documents to ensure accuracy and reliability; Prepare and submit consolidated financial statements and other required financial reports to HQ; Oversee the accounting and finance team, including work supervision, training, and ensuring proper work standards; Develop and maintain financial and accounting systems, provide accounting and tax support, and handle requests from management and HQ; Job Requirements:.
