Deskripsi pekerjaan
Finance Manager bertanggung jawab memimpin operasional keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam industri BPO. Peran ini mencakup manajemen keuangan menyeluruh, akuntansi, perpajakan, penganggaran, arus kas, dan profitabilitas proyek untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. Selain mengelola tim keuangan lokal dan berkoordinasi dengan kantor pusat, manajer ini akan mengembangkan model biaya proyek, memastikan kepatuhan pajak, serta melakukan analisis risiko keuangan. Peran ini membutuhkan keahlian praktis dalam standar PSAK dan regulasi pajak lokal.
Tanggung jawab: Lead overall financial management, accounting, and internal control systems; Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management; Manage budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow, and treasury operations; Develop project cost accounting models and analyze profitability to support bidding and pricing strategies; Build and manage the local finance team while coordinating with headquarters.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or similar; Minimum 3 years of finance manager experience; Strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management; Experience in BPO, outsourcing, technology, or Chinese companies expanding overseas is preferred; Good knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and local tax regulations; Fluent in English is high priority.
