Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures, tax calculations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, including credit analysis.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Good communication in English both oral and written.
• Responsibilities:
• Handle purchase orders, supplier invoices, and receiving data in the Financial Information System (FIS).
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and invoice corrections.
• Generate and manage accounts receivable and payable aging reports.
• Manage fixed asset data, including depreciation and updates.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with stock and cash counts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify cashier deposits.
• Maintain organized financial records and provide data for audits and tax inspections.
• Assist in improving financial processes and reporting to management.
