Finance Accounting Tax Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist to join RASA Group . If you are passionate about financial accuracy, tax compliance, and supporting business growth through strong financial management, we'd love to meet you. Manage daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and tax reporting. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial transactions to support business operations. Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger, and balance sheet accounts accurately.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits. Support management by providing financial analysis, budgeting insights, and business performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid track record in Finance. Accounting & Tax preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Distribution industries. Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and current tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Accurate, or similar). Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
