Finance Accounting Asisstant Manager

I s seeking a Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to join our growing finance department. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta that plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting processes. As Finance Accounting Assistant Manager, you will bridge the gap between our accounting team and senior management, providing strategic support in financial accounting and reporting whilst overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. This position is essential to maintaining our financial controls, compliance standards, and delivering timely, accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities Supervising and coordinating the daily accounting activities of the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with accounting standards

Ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting regulations and tax requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation Analysing financial data and identifying variances, investigating discrepancies and recommending corrective actions Managing the monthly and quarterly close processes, including reconciliations, accruals and period-end adjustments

Supporting the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls Assisting with external audits and providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors Training and mentoring junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development and technical skills

Preparing accounting reports and financial analysis for management review and decision-making Liaising with other departments to ensure accurate recording of transactions and timely resolution of accounting issues What we're looking for
