Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, including closing, cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that all accounting records comply with PSAK/IFRS and internal policies; Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing activities; Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis; Manage the company's cash flow and financial planning for both short-and long-term needs; Monitor budget performance (budget vs actual); Provide other financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making; Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions; Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations; Supervise accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of monthly and annual taxes (PPV, PPH unifikasi, SPT Tahunan); Handle tax audits and disputes; Provide data and reports required for external audits; Requirements:; Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; Min. 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, including at least 2 years in a managerial role; Retail industry background is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial reporting tools; Experience with audits and regulatory reporting; Experienced in using NetSuite and other ERP systems; Holds Brevet A & B certifications.
