Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum GPA 3.0), preferably from a public university Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting/tax roles, with at least 1 years in supervisor capacity
Proven ability to lead financial operations in a manufacturing or distribution company Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Jurnal, Accurate, MASERP, or similar) Able to manage cash flow, budgeting, and multi-entity transactions
Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and integrity Strong communication and adaptability, especially within family-owned businesses Having an experience in ready mix / mining industry is a plus point
Key Responsibility: Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments in achieving operational efficiency and compliance Build and optimize financial workflows and SOPs across entities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Control company cash flow, procurement payments, AR/AP, and financial risk Oversee ERP data accuracy, reconciliation, and integration across business units
