We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team, with placement in the Seseh area, Badung, Bali . Job Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely. Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements. Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports. Verify expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and financial documentation. Assist with tax documentation and other statutory requirements. Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
Support senior accountants and finance management with ad hoc tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Experience using Xero.
