Key responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic business planning and decision-making Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting to optimise liquidity

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy Prepare management reports and financial dashboards to track key performance indicators Support budget preparation and variance analysis for operational departments

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognised institution Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting roles, preferably within a shipping, logistics, or trading company

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax law, financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and regulatory compliance requirements Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems; experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is highly desirable Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications for financial analysis and reporting
